If something is wrong with your heating or hot water, book a diagnosis/repair visit. The current price is shown in the online booking system and is presently £125 including VAT.
The visit includes the initial 90 minutes onsite to diagnose the fault and complete any repairs possible within that appointment window. If parts, materials, or further works are needed, I issue a quotation for your consideration and approval before any further chargeable work is carried out.

Annual Boiler Servicing
An annual boiler service is essential for safety, efficiency, and keeping your manufacturer's warranty valid. Boiler services are generally £125 including VAT, with the current live price always shown in the online booking system before you book.
Back boilers, gas fires, cookers, and other appliances may have different charges and appointment durations. During a boiler service, I carry out a thorough inspection including:
- Full visual inspection of the boiler and flue
- Gas pressure and flow rate checks
- Flue gas analysis to check combustion efficiency
- Safety controls and electrical connections inspection
- Condensate trap and pipe inspection
- Digital service record issued on the day
I service all major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, Viessmann, Alpha, Potterton and more.
Boiler Repairs
If your boiler has developed a fault, I diagnose the problem and give you a clear explanation of what's wrong. Any extra parts, materials, or further work are quoted for approval before you are charged beyond the booked visit.

New-Build Boiler Maintenance & Ideal Logic Specialists
I am extremely experienced with boilers fitted in new-build homes, especially Ideal Logic combi, system, and heat-only models. These boilers are common on developments and can be prone to burner port, venturi, and injector blockages if they are not proactively maintained.
On active or recently completed building developments, construction dust can be drawn into the boiler air inlet while the appliance is operating. Ideal Logic models do not have air filtration, so symptoms can include noisy ignition, delayed ignition, banging on ignition, and LF or FL fault codes on the display.
I regularly carry out proactive maintenance, repairs, and full strip cleans on these boilers to help maintain reliable, efficient operation and protect warranty retention on new home heating systems.
