What Happens When You Book
Book and pay online
Choose a diagnosis/repair visit. The current price is shown before booking and is presently £125 including VAT.
I arrive within your time slot
You'll get a 2-hour arrival window and a tracking link when I'm on my way. No guessing when I'll turn up.
90 minutes onsite included
The booked visit includes the initial 90 minutes onsite to diagnose the fault and complete any repairs possible during that window.
Quote before further work
If parts, materials, or more time are required, I issue a quotation for approval before any further chargeable work is carried out.
When can I get to you?
I work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. I'll arrange the earliest available appointment based on my schedule.
I'm not a 24/7 emergency service. If you message me outside working hours (evenings or weekends), I'll get back to you as soon as I can. If you smell gas, always call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, they operate 24/7.
All online bookings are paid upfront at the point of booking. Any additional parts, materials, or further works are quoted separately before they proceed.
